**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor/banquet captian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in food service and kitchen management.

**Duties:**

- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations

- Ensure high-quality food preparation and service

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Coordinate catering services for events and banquets

- Uphold food safety standards and regulations

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in food service, kitchen management, and customer service

- Proficiency in interviewing, team management, and banquet operations

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, coffee service, and catering practices

- Strong understanding of food safety protocols

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
