Elementary Secretary (Clerical IV)
7.5 hours per day (7:30 am - 3:30 pm)
10 month position
Start Date: August 1, 2024
Starting Salary: $22.08 per hour

1. High School diploma or equivalency, preferred two years of post secondary training, graduation from a recognized college with a relevant associate degree.
2. Demonstrated effective communication skills: oral and written. Must possess the ability to deal with confidential information and to interact in a pleasant manner at all times with the varied public.
3. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
4. Ability to deal with many tasks at one time.
5. Demonstrated competency with state-of-the-art technology.
6. Successful work experience in same or similar job classification.
