Apek ABA Services is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Cumming, GA

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behaviors during therapy sessions
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on their individualized goals
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment implementation
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
