Doc B’s Restaurant started in 2013, in downtown Chicago on the famed Michigan Avenue. Doc B's is looking for exceptional candidates to join our management team at our Fort Lauderdale location, just north of Las Olas on Federal Highway. Since inception, our one simple philosophy “genuine hospitality” helped pave the way for us to thrive in multiple markets like Illinois, Texas, Indiana, and Florida. We currently have 9 beautiful locations with an expansion plan bringing our fresh, scratch kitchen and hospitality into multiple new cities! Job Description

Our managers are dedicated individuals that are motivated to being the very best. We are currently seeking all managerial candidates from entry level managers up to fast track General Managers. If you are an exceptional Hospitality Candidate, we look forward to your application!. As a Restaurant Manager you will set the tone for your team to be enthusiastic and refined while providing warm guest experiences. We train each manager to support the dining room operation, build sales and make memorable connections with our guests and our team. Our Restaurant Managers understand our culture and follow through with full attentiveness, recognizing your significant role in the success of each shift. Through a 10-to-14-week training program we will guide you through everything you’ll need to be successful in our restaurants. From learning how to be a Doc B’s greeter, server, service bartender and bartender; to working all culinary positions. Everything from grilling the perfect filet, preparing our homemade desserts and our made from scratch pizza dough. You will gain knowledge and perspective from each function in the kitchen and get the hands on training from professionals that have mastered their craft. In addition we will teach you the art of interpersonal relationships on the floor, an overview of P&L management and how to operate seamless shifts as a Doc B’s Manager. Our goal is to always prioritize the guest experience while supporting and building up the team.

Ideal Candidates Will Have…
