Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist to join our VoIP technology company. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, handle data entry duties, and support the daily operations of the office. Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist customers and clients with inquiries regarding VoIP products and services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
