Global Voice Service is Hiring a Remote Call Center Representative

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative for our VoIP technology company, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that each customer's inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner, resolving issues or redirecting calls to the appropriate department.
  • Proactively identifying and escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate internal team for further investigation and resolution.
  • Making outbound follow-up calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all customer inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.57 - $27.16 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
