The Fawcett Center is Hiring a baker Near Columbus, OH

```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Decorate cakes and pastries as required
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong understanding of pastry techniques and baking principles
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and decorating techniques
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients or equipment
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
