We are a quickly growing Law Firm based out of North Charleston, SC. We are currently looking for an outstanding Facilities Specialist to oversee Maintenance and/or Service operations for multiple offices throughout South Carolina, North Carolina & Georgia.
Required Experience:
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Working understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical systems
· Able to promptly manage daily requests for service/repairs
· Oversee Inventory and supply orders
· Create, implement & manage preventative maintenance programs
· Educate Team members on basic procedures for unexpected situations
· Maintain, and regularly update, approved maintenance/contractor vendor lists for all office locations
· Oversee, and regularly audit, cleaning service vendors for all office locations
· Oversee lease renewals and handle Landlord interactions
· Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel on short notice.
A Facilities Specialist must possess/demonstrate the highest level of self-initiative, be detail-orientated, and be highly organized.
