We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters or spills
- Use appropriate techniques to create different textures or effects
- Ensure proper drying and curing of painted surfaces
- Collaborate with clients or designers to determine color preferences and specifications
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to all relevant regulations

Skills:
- Proficient in fixture installation and maintenance person tasks
- Knowledge of stucco application and repair
- Carpentry skills for minor repairs or surface preparation
- Ability to restore surfaces by stripping old paint or wallpaper
- Understanding of color theory and ability to create harmonious color schemes
- Experience with caulking and ensuring proper sealing of surfaces
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques and materials
- Welding skills for minor repairs or modifications
