Outpatient Clinician - Licensed Clinicians are eligible for a sign on bonus!

The Outpatient Clinician is an integral part of the McCall continuum of care that includes a multi-disciplinary treatment team. The Outpatient clinician works collaboratively with clients with co-occurring disorders to create an individualized recovery experience that addresses the root causes of their addiction and/or mental health diagnosis to facilitate sustained healing and recovery. This whole person approach involves individual and group therapies, initial evaluations, support for medication assisted recovery and other pathways to wellness.
Exempt / Full time
Payrange begins at $60,000 for Associate Licensed Clinicians
Payrange begins at $65,000 for Fully-Licensed Clinicians
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree and licensure or associate licensure in a clinical field required. Previous experience with addiction and mental health treatment required. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and be highly independent. License eligible as: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC in the state of CT. Previous experience working in an Outpatient/IOP setting preferred.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Valid Driver’s license required.
