Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management and be proficient in using E-Clinical Works software. This role involves working closely with our patients to provide comprehensive pain management care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to manage acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Collaborate with our health providerto ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using E-Clinical Works.
• Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques and preventive measures.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Proven experience in pain management is preferred.
• Proficiency in E-Clinical Works is required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
