Our Lady of the Holy Rosary St. Richard School in Cutler Bay, Florida has an opening for a Full-Time Teacher Aide for the coming 2024- 25 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, and work collaboratively as part of a team. The candidate performs all duties in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary will vary based on certification and years of experience.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a high school diploma or associated degree.

· Excellent classroom management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus.

· Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including clear speaking voice.

· Good spelling and grammar required.

· Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.

· Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.

· Must have a professional demeanor.
