Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis and diagnostic evaluation will be essential in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals

- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions

- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective communication

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Provide training and support to caregivers, families, and other professionals involved in the client's care

Skills:

- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

- Strong knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy, compassion, and respect

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder

- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid positions, including internship positions.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the BCBA/Lead Analyst in conducting assessments/reassessments and drafting assessment reports.

- Develop ongoing programming for clients and ensure teaching instructions remain current.

- Provide direct supervision, training, and oversight of treatment plans and behavior program implementation by parents, behavior technicians, and school staff.

- Offer training and technical assistance to parents, behavior technicians, and school staff on behavioral techniques, instructional methods, and teaching strategies tailored to individual client needs.

- Conduct data analyses, graphing, program reports, and updates/modifications.

- Collaborate with parents, administrative staff, service providers, and external consultants/professionals as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

- Update mastered objectives for both reduction and acquisition as needed.

- Provide praise or corrective feedback on program implementation as required.

- Discuss client progress and address home-related issues with caregivers weekly.

- Complete RBT evaluations weekly and promptly report issues to immediate supervisor.

- Submit time sheets, monthly reports, and daily progress notes accurately and timely.

- Fulfill authorized therapy hours per client.

- Embrace and adhere to the Company's philosophy and code of conduct.

- Manage caseload under direct and regular supervision of BCBA/Lead Analyst, providing protocol modification and family treatment guidance.

- Write monthly reports for each client and conduct support staff, parent, and teacher training.

- Graph and analyze data and attend agency meetings as required.

- Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating professional and compassionate attitudes and behaviors towards coworkers, patients, and guests.

- Medicaid provider status, BCaBA certification, and fluency in English (Spanish proficiency preferred) required.

- Job types include full-time, part-time, and contract positions.

- Pay ranges from $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
