We are hiring Care Coordinators (CC) also known as BHTS, MHTs, Peer support, to manage and maintain the safety of the patients. Care Coordinator's are viewed as the heartbeat of a multidisciplinary team that provides direct inpatient care to adults 18 who are challenged with mental health and/OR substance use disorders.
Note: This position requires a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
