Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in food handling, restaurant management, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment
- Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability
Experience:
- Previous experience in kitchen management or restaurant operations
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and service is desirable
- Experience in hotel or hospitality management is an advantage
