Our established practice, Tarpon Shores Dental, under the ownership of Shore Dental Partners, is located in the heart of Venice, Florida, and we are looking for a professional, friendly and passionate Patient Coordinator to join a team of amazing professional who deliver extraordinary oral health care.
The qualified Patient Coordinator candidate will possess a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and outgoing personality. We are a friendly patient centric office with a positive work environment.
What You Will Do::
· Patient Intake/Check Out
· Telephone and Email Communication
· Insurance Verification
· Insurance Claims Processing/Follow up
· Treatment Plan Presentation/Follow up
· Account Receivables
· Appointment Scheduling
Qualifications:
- Have previous customer service/front desk/patient coordinator experience, preferably in a dental office setting.
- Have a passion for serving others;
- Have excellent communication and human relationship skills;
- Be reliable;
- Be dependable;
- Possess previous Eaglesoft/Open Dental or other Practice Management system, a plus.
