Frothy Beard Brewing Company is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager. We are hiring for both our WEST ASHLEY AND SUMMERVILLE LOCATION

Description: The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Head of Kitchen, GM, AGM and General FOH Managers to provide excellent customer service, food quality and cleanliness. The AKM will be lead on shifts and maintain company standards in food safety and appearance. The AKM will work to maintain positive company and brand images throughout their team. The AKM is responsible for food cost management, labor management, quality control, equipment upkeep and maintenance and health and safety issues. The AKM will work with the FOH to provide timely and accurate service. The AKM is also responsible for maintaining proper staffing during each shift. 

Requirements:

Serve Safe Certified

Must be able to work night shift.

Other duties:

Product ordering

Accurate inventory

Proper preparation and quantities of ingredients

Proper organization and storage of resources, ingredients, and product

Ability to train and motivate a cohesive team

Communication across the kitchen and between kitchen and FOH

Oversee proper maintenance and side work

Create exciting specials
