Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests with their selections
- Prepare and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and promote additional sales to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food to maintain quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining tables, and service stations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
