We’re looking for a Senior Client Success Lead who expects more from their career. What we expect from you

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical retail clients
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Support, Capability)
• Experience with Pricing and Promotion
• Mix of client-facing communication skills, as well as product and domain knowledge
• Client P&L management and technology stewardship, including issue mitigation
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Impressive executive presence and presentation abilities
