Speedpro Fort Lauderdale is searching for an office coordinator with Graphic design &
customer communication skills. This position is a key member of the team,
working with and managing a portfolio of customers. Candidates should be
exceptional communicators and multitaskers; proficient in understanding
customer’s needs and recommend solutions. They may have to research different
options/approaches to achieve the results that the customer seeks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Using our project management system, this position will issue project estimates;
gather customer artwork; and provide customer relevant guidance to our
production team. Some graphical layouts will be needed and working knowledge
of Adobe products is essential.

• Combine creativity and knowledge of large format graphics to recognize

customer’s needs and offer solutions.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Customers, written and verbal.
• Liaise with the customer and act as key point of contact.
• Create and provide quotes to both new and current customers as needed.
• Inspect customer files, provide proofs and make the graphics print ready.
• Oversee and facilitate the Sales-to-production process, using our project.

management system, and through direct communication with our team.

• Manage projects from customer/prospect inquiry as provided by the outside

Sales Representative.

• Keep track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a

timely manner.

• Ensure accurate invoicing for all customers.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Customer Service oriented.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated with great attitude-multitasker.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, particularly strong skillset in

Illustrator and Photoshop applications.
