Job Description
Experienced Maintenance Technician needed for our privately owned apartment complexes in Round Rock, Georgetown, and North Austin, TX.

You will be responsible for maintenance activities on the property reporting to the property manager. You may be assigned to one of our properties or you may work at multiple properties.

-Perform work orders for apartment community at the Property Manager's direction

-Repair/replace appliances, HVAC units, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, painting/drywall, backsplashes, etc

-Perform make-readies

-Work closely with the Property Manager to make our property a great place to call home

-Work with other team members to maintain a clean and functional property, including daily grounds/dumpster inspection and cleanup

-Perform other duties as directed by Property Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of at least 2 years experience

-HVAC Certification (not required for this position - but a plus)

-Valid Texas Driver's License

-Experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical and mechanical operations of property

-Have your own tools and reliable transportation

-Neat and professional appearance

-Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Strong organizational skills

-Must be able to pass drug test and criminal screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
