We are a progressive oral surgery practice with offices in Mentor, Highland Heights, and Chagrin Falls looking for a professional, energetic, and gracious front office staff member to join our team in a state-of-the-art dynamic atmosphere.
Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and families into our warm and inviting offices
• Greeting patients on the phone with a smile
• Gathering patient demographics and insurance information
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Facilitating patient and referral office correspondence
• Maintaining appropriate documentation and record keeping in our

electronic medical records systems

• Position requires a positive attitude with fellow staff and patients

and ability to multitask and provide attention to detail.
