We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medicaid Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Regional Medicaid Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies, supporting dedicated professionals with reviewing records and applications, coordinating provided services and arranging resources for operating programs for potential effectiveness.

Your role will involve ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered, maintaining compliance with coding and billing regulations with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities :

• Proficient in analyzing billing data to identify trends, discrepancies and areas for improvement in Medicaid billing processes.
• Address billing errors, denials and compliance issues effectively.
• Extract information from systems to retrieve designated data.
• Maintain client records by reviewing case notes and logging events and progress.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing results data and trends.

Experience :

• 2 years of Medicaid billing and coding experience.
• Proficient data analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, precision and exactness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

This is a regional position so travel within our five locations will be necessary - Your home office will be the facility closest to your home.
