Essential Functions: 

• Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time.
• Develop personalized programs to meet member goals.
• Develop and maintain a boxing client base.
• Teach safe and effective classes in accordance with industry standards. 
• Show dedication to the member experience by promoting cleanliness and member engagement. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Create safe and effective programs 
• Execute programs for a wide variety of members • 
• Maintain and record schedule accurately 
• Represent the club, staff, and company in a positive manner at all times • Maintain class statistics and records in Mindbody as directed 

* Maintain required certifications and complete continuing education to remain current with industry standards

 *Work early morning, evening, and weekend hours as necessary 

• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills • Excellent listening skills
• Ability to motivate and nurture others • Demonstrated selling skills
• Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail • Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude 
• Outwardly facing professional appearance 
• Confidence and desire to create new relationships • 

Must have CPR certification and Kickboxing certification from a national organization.
