A Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities: • Check guests in and out of their rooms • Answer any questions guests have • Make recommendations for activities and restaurants • Store any luggage guests have • Answer the phone and direct the call • Take reservations on the phone • Arrange transportation for guests • Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills • Problem-solving skills • Amazing interpersonal abilities • Top-of-the-line organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once • Amazing time management skills • Incredibly detail-oriented • Computer and typing skills • Must be able to work weekends and holidays We have a 2nd shift (3 pm-11 pm) Full-time position available. Fosse training is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
