Carson Dental DDS is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Carson, CA

Carson Dental is a private business in Carson, CA. Our organization has established an outstanding reputation for a high-quality dental care. We are professional, engaging, fun and our goal is to offer affordable and long-lasting dental treatments in Carson, California.

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist that has minimum 3 years front desk experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet patients immediately upon arrival in pleasant and positive manner.
  • Answer and return incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Appropriately manage multiple incoming calls.
  • Schedule patient appointments in appropriate and timely manner in order to maintain full daily schedule and meet production goals.
  • Verify patients insurance and prepare a breakdown.
  • Monitor/track Broken Appointments.
  • Notify clinical staff of changes in schedules.
  • Act as liaison between clinician and patient.
  • Perform check-in procedures; obtain appropriate signatures for required documents.
  • Collect payment from patient in the form of cash, credit card or check.
  • Confirm all charges from the day sheet against routing slips.
  • Able to independently run the office in the absence of the Lead.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk area, break area and waiting area.
  • Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.
  • Eager to assists the company in any other related duties assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by the office manager and/or managing dentist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.84 - $25.10 per hour
