Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our Guest and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in operating phone systems, copiers, printers, and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
