Customer oriented Title Company seeks experienced a Title Processor/Closer with strong work ethic.

Job requirements include:

• Must be able to process files from contract to closing.
• Ordering searches, surveys, payoffs, insurance certificates, inspections and other closing related services.
• Gathering and review all documents to clear the title.
• Correct any title commitment requirements for attorney review and signature.
• Preparing preliminary HUD-1, CD and Settlement Statements.
• Preparing closing documents.
• Must be proficient in reading and preparing title commitments.
• Communicating on the phone, in person and emails with buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders.
• Reviewing Lien Searches, Estoppel Letters, Surveys and Title Commitments.
• Doing the actual closing.

Skills sought include:

• Must be a team player.
• Must be excellent with client, realtors, lenders follow-up and communications.
• Must be good with computers software including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary commensurate with experience
We are looking to hire immediately! Compensation is heavily dependent upon your experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
