Job Summary :

Stokes - Trainor Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team in Newberry, South Carolina.

This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a part-time, hourly position in the auto industry.

The position hours are listed below :

Monday through Friday : 4 : 30pm-7 : 00pm

Saturday : 9 : 00am-4 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
• Accurately process card payments
• Manage appointment schedule and notify appropriate team member of customer arrival
• Assist sales team with vehicle keys and tags.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate team member if necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the dealership

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new computer systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays and evenings
