Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The hiree will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and laundry duties in a single-family home located in Las Vegas, NV. This position offers flexibility, with the housekeeper visiting once every three weeks. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping tasks and possess excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-organized home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all rooms in the home, including bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Mop tile and vinyl floors to maintain their cleanliness and shine.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, and decor, ensuring a dust-free environment.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances, countertops, and sinks.
• Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks.
• Organize and create effective systems to maintain a clutter-free and well-organized home.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
• Replace bedding, towels, and toiletries as needed.
• Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the homeowner.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping tasks is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Knowledge and experience in mopping tile and vinyl floors.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively declutter and create organizational systems in the home.
• Ability to handle and launder delicate fabrics and materials.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Spanish-only language fluency is acceptable, while English fluency is preferred.
• Availability once every three weeks with flexibility in scheduling.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate, to be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
• Payment will be provided at the end of each cleaning session.

Capacidad para manipular y lavar telas y materiales delicados. Resistencia física y habilidad para realizar tareas de limpieza, incluyendo flexionarse, levantar objetos y alcanzar lugares altos. Se acepta fluidez únicamente en español, aunque se prefiere el dominio del inglés. Disponibilidad una vez cada tres semanas con flexibilidad en el horario.

Compensación: Tarifa por hora, a discutir y acordar durante el proceso de entrevista. El pago se realizará al final de cada sesión de limpieza.
