Responsibilities:
- Provide access and support to State and accreditation survey
-direct patient care in a home care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Assist with tube feeding and other specialized procedures
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of [Location]
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home care or a similar environment
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy
- Experience with tube feeding systems and esthetic laser treatments is a plus
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of pain management techniques and memory care is highly desirable
- Familiarity with workers compensation laws and discharge planning processes
