• Washing work areas, cooking equipment and other appliances, walls, floors, and doors
• Maintaining dishes, assembling, maintaining and breaking down dish machine
• Breaking down boxes and taking garbage out to dumpster area
• Maintaining restaurant grounds by removing surrounding trash and debris
• General cleaning and mopping as assigned by management
