Flex is a program from Zillow Premier Agent built with a singular vision – partnering with the best agents in the business to increase transactions. Flex does this by providing connections and leads at no upfront cost and routing them to the agents best positioned to convert them to home sales.

This program connects you with LIVE buyer and seller leads as well as instant showing requests so you will always be making connections with leads that are in the lowest point of the real estate funnel. This program also comes with vast individual and team reporting metrics that help drive results, accountability, and build success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Be available to receive live phone connections transferred to you by Zillow Flex Representatives as well as email tour requests.
• Follow Up - Continue with follow up throughout the real estate process and keep Zillow in the loop by providing them with weekly and monthly updates.
• Local Expertise: Stay abreast of local knowledge to expertly address client questions about potential homes and the surrounding community.
• Customer Excellence: Provide world-class customer service, fostering client satisfaction, building trust, and boosting sales volume.
• Consultation Expert: Conduct buyer and seller consultations, understanding their needs and desires, and skillfully match them with suitable homes.
• Diligent Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic through hard work and dedication to achieving exceptional results.
• Team Collaboration: Attend and actively contribute to team meetings, fostering collaboration and shared success.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Tech savvy
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
