```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (e.g.,Tebra/Kareo)
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and file management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
