Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible, with preference for 8/8:30am - 12/1pm Tuesday-Friday

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour

Job Description:

Family is seeking a caring and experienced individual to provide part-time care for their 3-month-old baby boy. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Daily care and supervision of the infant during working hours

• Creating a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the baby

• Engaging in age-appropriate activities to support the baby's development

• Following the parents' guidelines regarding feeding, nap schedule, and other routines

• Providing companionship and emotional support to the baby

Requirements:

• Previous experience caring for infants, with a preference for candidates who do not practice the cry it out method

• Up-to-date general vaccines (e.g., Tdap, measles, etc.)

• Comfortable around a large dog, as we have a pet in the household

• Must be loving, patient, and attentive to the baby's needs

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and adapt to the family's needs

• Respectful of the parents' work-from-home environment
