Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the ice cream shop.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Collaborate with other co-workers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Proffessionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
