SureStay Studio by Best Western Pensacola is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Pensacola, FL

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy interacting with guests and ensuring their stay is memorable, this position is perfect for you.

Duties:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable

- Ensure the Breakfast is well stocked and area clean.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
