Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll embark on a dynamic role that offers both freedom and flexibility. Your main responsibility will be to canvass neighborhoods, prospect for damaged roofs, and offer free roof inspections to homeowners. Through these inspections, you'll aim to document enough damage to assist homeowners in filing insurance claims. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being out in the field, meeting new people, and helping homeowners find solutions to their roofing and energy needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for damaged roofs in residential neighborhoods
• Conduct free roof inspections and document damage
• Educate homeowners on our services and products
• Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims
• Monitor and track metrics in company CRM
• Continuously expand product knowledge to include solar, HVAC, and more

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
