STEP Computer Academy is a worldwide Computer Science education provider. We are looking for a part-time teacher who will work in our Bellevue office on flexible schedule and flexible hours as a teacher/instructor for STEM class with kids grades 1-3. The candidate should be professional and ideally should have working experience with the kids, must be intelligent, and willing to serve, eager to share the knowledge with our students and help them become professionals.

General Job Description

• Provide training for students on defined schedule using the established program.
• Engage with events organized by Academy.
• Guide students and track their progress.
• Use the internal system to track attendance and grades.

Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency in: working with a group of 4-8 kids (6-8 years old)

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

• Effective organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• A background check will be required for this position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
