Beach Town Plumbers is a family-owned, local plumbing company serving Navarre and the surrounding Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Okaloosa county areas. Since the beginning we have not wavered in our mission to provide the highest quality plumbing work and the best customer service to our community. In order to do this, it takes a great team and team members. We have a very rare opening that we are looking to fill with the right person for our team! We are looking for a front office staff / customer service representative that is highly motivated, detail oriented, and always extremely friendly and helpful to customers. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFICE OF A PLUMBING COMPANY OR OTHER HOME SERVICE COMPANY REQUIRED. PRIOR EXPERIENCE PULLING PERMITS AND/OR USING HOUSECALL PRO A HUGE PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers in a fast-paced environment. Always ensuring a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Schedule and dispatch jobs to technicians
  • Work closely with technicians, owner, and field manager to ensure proper communication on all aspects
  • Send billings to larger accounts
  • Pull permits, coordinate needs for larger jobs
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry and communication
  • Assist in gathering information for reports and other follow up as needed
  • Creating various reports and updating on a regular basis
  • Keep track of miscellaneous office duties and perform independently after proper training.
  • Assisting in marketing and reaching out to new vendors to create business relationships
  • In the future, your responsibilities may include training and overseeing additional staff

Requirements:

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hour weeks (8a-5p) with great attendance. Your role is critical- we need you!!
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, organized, problem solver with keen attention to detail, ability to multitask, dependable
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems and quick learning with technology
  • Must have a positive attitude!

Job Type: Full-time
