The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for Full-Time a hospitality focused Floor Technician to join our team! 

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Floor Technician:

1. Maintain all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity.
2. Strip wax from floors.
3. Buff floors.
4. Maintain floor equipment.
5. Assist supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies.
6. Clean all trash rooms. 
7. Assist housekeepers with annual cleanings.
8. Performs general housekeeping duties, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.
9. Notify supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work and storage area. Dispose of debris and defective materials.
11. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
2. Minimum of one year experience working in apartment/rental or healthcare environment preferred

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
