We are a manufacturer of laminating and coating machinery that’s headquartered near the famed Black Forest. Our Greensboro location is HQ for our North American master distribution sales, parts and service operation, and home to our innovation center and showroom. As part of our commitment to excellence, we participate in various trade shows and events throughout the year to showcase our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for all trade shows and events.
2. Coordinate the initial setup, scheduling, booking, and attendance of trade shows with the sales team and company leadership.
3. Attend trade shows with the sales team and leadership.
4. Manage all company marketing activities, including sales campaigns and marketing strategy development.
5. Serve as an expert in sales for Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners to enhance Burkle North America's presence at events.
9. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events to optimize future strategies.
10. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing and event materials.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in event management, trade show coordination, and marketing strategy development.
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM systems and their application in sales and marketing.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for events.
8. Knowledge of [specific industry or market] is a plus.
