Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Success Manager Team. As a trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-12 month training program at our Rockville, MD office. During this period, you will rotate through various departments, including operations, sales, customer success, and marketing, gaining invaluable experience and understanding of the industry. Trainees will learn to use our suite of digital tools and assist customers in optimizing their system usage. They will accumulate knowledge of the restaurant industry, eventually advising customers on best practices.
