Resident Aid

Duties:

- Provide direct support and assistance to residents
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, continence care and medication reminders
- Monitor and document residents' behavior and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living space

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other staff members
- Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
- Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $12.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week

• Senior Living: 1 year (Required)
