Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team, focusing on sales and landscape design. The ideal candidate will be passionate about landscaping, possess excellent sales skills, and have a keen eye for design aesthetics. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscaping projects from initial client consultation to project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized landscape design plans that meet their requirements and budget.
• Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for landscaping projects.
• Actively promote and sell landscaping services to both residential and commercial clients.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Supervise and manage landscaping crews to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and profitability to achieve company targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and techniques to continually enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• 4 years experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles, plant materials, and hardscape elements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
