Duties:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case inception to resolution
- Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information and details about the case
- Transcribe and prepare legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery requests
- File and maintain case documents and records in an organized manner
- Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis or other legal databases
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, settlement agreements, and demand letters

Qualifications:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis or similar databases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal drafting and formatting requirements
- Familiarity with personal injury case management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
