**Responsibilities:**

- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for patient procedures.

- Review and update patient insurance information in the system

- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding payments

- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

- Present dental treatment plans to patience for a high acceptance rate.

- Coordinate with staff to ensure accurate documentation for billing purposes

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a dental office setting or dental sales.

- Knowledge of dental terminology and coding practices

- Familiarity with insurance verification processes

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
