Title: Care Supervisor Full Time

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday

Hours: Vary- must have open availability

Pay: Based on Experience

Duties:

· Assist the Resident Care Director (RCD) with scheduling.

· Cover or work call offs with the RCD.

· Actively help on the floor to assist the care team.

· Attends Stand Up when RCD is unavailable.

· Train new caregivers and complete the skills checklist.

· Coaches team members in the moment appropriately.

· Completes monthly wellness calls to families to answer any questions or concerns.

· Arranges Care Conferences as needed with the RCD, DON, and ED.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Management experience in long term care settings
- Supervisory experience in home & community care
- Strong leadership skills in operations management
- Assisted living or nursing home experience preferred
- Knowledge of care plans and dementia care
- Budgeting and financial acumen in a healthcare setting

Job Type: Full-time
