Miles, The Prince is seeking hospitality driven servers who understand the importance of curating each guest experience.

Please note this restaurant is in Westchester County

A primary goal of Miles, The Prince is to challenge the traditional perception of where beer belongs during a night out and elevate the guests' understanding of the beverage.

A seasonal, chef-driven menu aims to be creative and thoughtfully executed alongside warm and welcoming service. The beers brewed on-site will mainly focus on the farmhouse styles such as Saison, Bièr de Garde and Sahti, but we will not limit ourselves as long as there is harmony between the food and beer.

Candidate Capabilities and Requirements :

• Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
• Maintain mental athleticism for coordination with table pacing, and section maintenance in conjunction with support personnel
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
• Have a base knowledge and understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards
• Derives pleasure from providing hospitality
• Excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
• Curious intelligence to continue learning in the position
• Open availability and a willingness to grow
• Experience with opening a full service restaurant
• A Culinary and / or Beverage certificate / degree or equivalent experience
