Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Buildings By Design. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring on-time performance. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and upholding the company's core values.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and supervision
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Previous experience working in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
